Bitcoin miners in America face disintegration on trade war with China: Report



American crypto miners who rely on Bitman Hardware are delayed by delay in the minein as customs authorities have increased the investigation amid trade tension.

Crypto mining firms in the United States are facing a delay in getting new equipment as Customs authorities tightened the check on shipment from Bitman, a top supplier of Bittman (BTC) mining rigs.

Beijing-based Bitman dominates the market for special mining rigs, but its delivery to American customers has increased. ReportsCiting industry officials who have done more continuous inspections.

New York -based Bit Digital said its 700 mining rigs delayed a few weeks. An Oklahoma-based operation has 2,000 rigs which are stuck in customs, a person familiar with the case said. Ethan Vera of Luxor Technology said that “Bitman with Minor Label” was among those who were targeted. The situation may deteriorate, report notes noted 10% tariffs on sugar imports, came into effect on 1 February, adding the costs of new machines.

Bitman’s supply chain headache is happening in the same way as its co-founder, Zan Ketuan, his AI company, Sofggo under pressure from American officials. In January, the firm was blacklisted in January to help Chip industry of China and Huawei.

Zan’s trick in AI did not sit well with everyone in Bitman as some executed mining was not thrilled to focus away from hardware. Blacklist also hit Sofgo in hard, cutting it from major suppliers such as the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Despite all this, Bitman announced plans for a new American facility in December, but they are wrapping the location.
