Ripple-supported non-property launched to educate Americans on Crypto



The National Cryptocurrency Association is a new non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the understanding of the cryptocurrency of Americans, officially launched today.

To assess the current crypto engagement, NCA participated with the Harris Poll to survey 10,000 US cryptocurrency holders. The findings showed that 81% are interested in learn more about the future of Crypto.

Additionally, one of the five American adults already uses cryptocurrency, 76% of users report positive effects on their lives, including increase in financial freedom and individual development opportunities.

The survey also highlighted various applications of cryptocurrency among users:

  • 32% have bought, sold or used NFTs
  • Send crypto to 31% family

“Opportunities for Crypto – especially in America – now stronger than ever,” Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse said, emphasizing NCA’s mission timeliness.

The NCA plans to provide educational resources, which includes easily understanding lecturers and real stories from everyday people using crypto, so that the knowledge gap can be bridged and promoted responsible use.
