One of the major crypto exchanges of South Korea, Bithumb is set to add Athena to its Korean victory market today.
According to the official of Bithumb AnnouncementTrading for Athena (ENA) will start from KST on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm. Deposit and withdrawal will open within three hours of notice, but only on the atherium network.
The initial price of Athena will be 536 KRW, and traders should wait for 33 deposits to be confirmed before processing the transaction.
Bithamb has also imposed some temporary sanctions for launch. Buyers will not be able to order in the first five minutes of trading, and orders will be limited during this period to sell the base price of K -10% to +100%. Automatic trading will be available only after the first transaction is completed.
Last year, ENA acquired a list on 2 April 2024 on another major South Korean Crypto Exchange, Bybit, where it could be traded against USDT.
