Decentralized blockchain chronos developed by Crypto.com has integrated into interoperability protocol legery, enabling cross-chain communication with over 115 blockchain networks.
On 31 January, Chronos Labs Announced That legery was now live on the chronos (CRO) EVM-compatible and zero-knowledge proofs. This integration allows the developers to manufacture bridges connecting more than 115 blockchains including atherium and solana on the integration chronos.
The Cronos EVM users can now transfer property between the Cosmos SDK-operated series and several EVM-compatible chains. There is also a difference with the stage Solana ecosystem. Meanwhile, the chronos zkevm users can take advantage of the native atherium bridge to connect with other elastic chains.
Integration of legery further enables cross-blockchen transfer between chronos zkevm and various layer 1 and layer 2 networks.
“Cross-chain interoperability has been a major priority of the Chronos project since its establishment. Given the significant safety and liquidity challenges associated with the fragmentation of the Crypto industry, Chronos Labs is executing that priority with caution and determination, “said Kane Timsit, Managing Director of Chronos Labs.
Beyond token bridging, Chronos Labs is also searching for cross-chain prediction markets, asset tokens, synthetic asset trading and cross-chain borrowings. Development plans include rollouts of decentralized finance applications for liquid stacking and restking.
Platforms such as legery and wormhole have emerged as key providers, with the differences in blockchain and crypto space. Ondo Finance, Defi.money, and Bitgo are one of the projects availing legery techniques.
In July, Flair announced that it integrated the cross-chain messaging protocol to connect to 75 blockchains.
